You are responsible for the visual appearance of our courses, launches, campaigns and congresses.
You ensure that everything fits together.
That designs not only look good, but touch, communicate and sell.
You don't just think in individual graphics,
but in overall pictures.
And bring clarity.,
when many ideas are on the table at the same time.
And while you design, you gain insights that others only see from the outside.
You work directly with content,

What you do specifically
You develop visuals for campaigns, courses, and conferences.
You design mockups, covers, and social media content.
You develop visual guidelines for launches.
You work closely with copywriting, marketing, and technology.
Optional: You support WordPress websites.

With our online offerings, courses, and conferences, we reach many people in the areas of health, personal development, and spirituality. For specific projects and clearly defined tasks, we are looking for someone who not only knows how AI works – but can also make it really happen.
What you do with us
You'll be looking at our processes and automating what's possible. You'll connect our tools, which currently operate in isolation: Zoom, Quentn, ClickUp, WordPress, Google Drive. You'll build n8n workflows, set up AI agents, and integrate APIs – whatever the project requires. You'll help us truly leverage, not just use, Claude and other AI tools. You'll briefly explain to the team what you've built and why. And you'll ensure everything runs in compliance with data protection regulations.
What you bring
n8n is everyday for you, not a foreign concept. You've already built API integrations – not just planned them. You can use Python or JavaScript when necessary. You know current AI tools and understand which ones actually deliver. You work independently, reliably, and remotely without issues. You deliver results, not lengthy explanations.

You will take over the planning, implementation, and optimisation of our performance marketing campaigns.
