AI expert wanted

AI expert wanted

Freelance, remote and project-based

Expert in the implementation of artificial intelligence in companies

Become part of FRIENDS for a better world – and help us take our projects to the next level with AI and automation.

With our online offerings, courses, and conferences, we reach many people in the areas of health, personal development, and spirituality. For specific projects and clearly defined tasks, we are looking for someone who not only knows how AI works – but can also make it really happen.

What you do with us

You'll be looking at our processes and automating what's possible. You'll connect our tools, which currently operate in isolation: Zoom, Quentn, ClickUp, WordPress, Google Drive. You'll build n8n workflows, set up AI agents, and integrate APIs – whatever the project requires. You'll help us truly leverage, not just use, Claude and other AI tools. You'll briefly explain to the team what you've built and why. And you'll ensure everything runs in compliance with data protection regulations.

What you bring

n8n is everyday for you, not a foreign concept. You've already built API integrations – not just planned them. You can use Python or JavaScript when necessary. You know current AI tools and understand which ones actually deliver. You work independently, reliably, and remotely without issues. You deliver results, not lengthy explanations.
And: An interest in personal development and purpose-driven work isn't a nice-to-have with us – it's simply part of who we are.

What we offer you

Meaningful work in a values-driven environment. Project-based collaboration with clear objectives. 100% remote. High flexibility. Direct line of communication with the team – no corporate bureaucracy, no overhead. Room for your ideas and pragmatic solutions.

Just a quick summary of the most important points

We are not looking for a traditional permanent role. We are looking for someone who will participate in specific projects, quickly grasp structures, and drive things forward independently. Approximately 5–10 hours per week.

How to apply

No lengthy cover letter needed. Send us 2-3 things you've built (n8n flows, automations, AI projects) and tell us in two sentences what problem you solved with them. Also include your CV and a brief answer to the question of why you are a good fit for FRIENDS.

Please send us your application by clicking the „Apply now“ button or by email to anna-michela@friends-better-world.de. Please state your salary expectations and your mobile phone number so we can reach you by phone.

We look forward to seeing you.
To your energy.
Your clarity.

And your wish to make the world a little better.
