Dr. med. Petra Wiechel is Chief Physician, a specialist in general medicine, and an internationally recognised expert in Biological Medicine. She completed her studies at the University of Milan and opened her own practice in Germany in 1991, where she specialised in complementary and alternative medicine and holistic treatment approaches. Since August 2008, she has been head of the Swiss Mountain Clinic.

Dr. Wiechel champions holistic medicine, treating causes rather than symptoms. Her approach combines in-depth medical knowledge with individual coaching for sustainable health.

In recognition of her outstanding work, she was awarded the QS24.tv Swiss Health Television Award in 2020 and was voted „Doctor of the Year” in a Europe-wide survey in 2023, receiving over 500,000 votes. Her work inspires people to shape their health consciously and sustainably.
