Probably it's a typo or you wrote down your password incorrectly during registration. If you click on the Forgotten password click, you can set a new password (which you choose yourself).

My trial period has ended, how can I start a subscription?
Click on the blue button „Manage subscription“ in your Similia user area.
You will then be redirected to the selection of the various subscriptions. If you choose an annual subscription, we'll give you two months on us – every year!

I have run out of credits - how do I get more?
Click on „Manage subscription“ and choose a subscription that better fits your usage.
Or click on Buy credits and top up your credit. Your subscription will then continue as normal.
How can I download my invoices?
- Go to „Manage subscription“.
- Scroll down to the Invoice history.
- Open the required invoice and download it.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Click on „Manage subscription“ and select “Update subscription.
Choose your new desired plan.
