Where can I find my password and username?

Where can I find my purchased courses?
You can find your courses in your members' area. All your products are stored at the top right, under the book symbol.
How can I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can have it reset. Simply click on Reset password Click and then follow the subsequent steps.
Do I need to cancel my club membership?
Your annual club membership will automatically renew for another year, and your monthly membership for another month, if you do not cancel before the minimum term expires. The notice period for cancellation is 14 days.
Where and how can I cancel my club membership?
You can edit them via your payment management page on Ablefy. You'll find the link to this in your Ablefy purchase confirmation email. The notice period for cancellation is 14 days.
Do I have permanent access to my purchased courses?
Your courses remain permanently available to you, even if you are no longer a club member. This is an online product.
